Israeli Medicine: A Story of Inspiration.

The webinar will feature a panel of Israeli and Palestinian physicians and will be co-moderated by Dr. Jeffrey Goldberger, Professor of Medicine & Biomedical Engineering at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Dr. Philip Greenland, Professor of Cardiology and Preventive Medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
Panelists:
- Dr. Hagi Dekel, from "Save a Child's Heart" (SACH), Wolfson Hospital, Holon, an organization that treats children suffering from congenital and rheumatic heart disease, who have little access to care in their own countries.
- Dr. Adam Lee Goldstein, founder, "Operating Together", an organization that brings Palestinian and Israeli trauma care providers together to improve the region's trauma care.
- Dr. Alexander Lerner, Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, who has treated hundreds of wounded Syrian patients.
- Dr. Ofer Merin, Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Director of the Shaarei Zedek Medical Center and Commander of IDF field hospitals set up around the world in times of disaster.

Dr. Ahmed Radwan, a Palestinian physician from Ramallah training at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.
